PPSR Service is Currently DEGRADED - Errors Occurring

System is barely functional. Most transaction are resulting in errors and certificates cannot be retrieved.

Certificates requested will be retrieved once the system is back on-line.

seemed to be working OK up until 9am when timeouts and System Errors started reoccurring.

Searches do seem to be mostly being processed, but are taking quite a while to complete. Certificates may not be being returned immediately.

Next update from ITSA is not scheduled until 12pmI have contacted PPSR Helpdesk, and they are aware of the current issue.
