We have not received any errors since about 11:00 EDT, however the advice we have just received states that they are continuing to work on the problemand have now been advised that the recent problems that we have been experiencing have been resolved.

Monitoring shows the PPS Register functionality for the following functions has been restored and users should now experience improved performance for all transactions:

  • Intermittent ‘Server error’ and slow response for all transactions (B2G)
  • Intermittent errors reported for searches (WEB UI)
