PPSR Service is Currently: DOWN

This issue is affecting all ALL PPSR users.

PPSR advise that they are working to fix the issue. No ETA for the fix has been provided. See below regarding the latest advice that we have receive.

PRODUCTION UPDATE 23/08/2013 - 10:18

Dear PPSR Production Users,

We continue to work on the issues affecting WEB UI and B2G Account users:

Manage Account (1500 error via WEB UI)
Search and Registration (1500 error via WEB UI and Server error via B2G)

We will provide a further update by 12pm today or as soon as information is available.

PPSR PRODUCTION INITIAL ADVICE 23/08/2013

Dear PPSR Production Users,

We have received reports of the following issues currently affecting WEB UI and B2G Account users:

Manage Account (1500 error via WEB UI)
Search and Registration (1500 error via WEB UI and Server error via B2G)

Our Technical Support Team are working to restore functionality and a further update will be provided by 10am today or as soon as information is available.
