PPSR Service is Currently DEGRADED - Errors Occurring Issue Start Time: 12:35 11/12/12 Issue End Time: Ongoing System is barely functional. Most transaction are resulting in errors and certificates cannot be retrieved. Certificates requested will be retrieved once the system is back on-lineSOME ERRORS ARE CURRENTLY OCCURRING.
