PPSR Service is Currently DEGRADED - Errors Occurring

System is barely functional. Most transaction are resulting in errors and certificates cannot be retrieved.

Certificates requested will be retrieved once the system is back on-line.

I have contacted PPSR Helpdesk, and they are aware of the current issue.

PPSR PRODUCTION INVESTIGATION CONTINUES 11/12/2012

Dear PPSR Production Users,

We continue to work on the issues currently affecting Internal, Casual, Account and B2G register users:

  • Intermittent ‘Server error’ for all transactions (B2G)
  • ‘1500’ error for all transactions (WEB UI)
  • Unable to download a Search Certificate

We will provide a further update by 5pm today.
