PPSR is currently: UP - But there are problems with retrieving Certificates

UPDATE: We have not had any official notification from ITSA as to the latest PPSR status.

However transactions are not being processed OK and Certificates are being retrieved. Certificates may still take a couple of minutes to retrieve, so please be patient.

 



We have received the following advice from ITSA regarding the PPSR:

 


Dear PPSR Production Users,

We have received reports of the following issues currently affecting Account, B2G, Casual and Internal users:

  • The ability to download a Search Certificate – no response
  • Email notifications - no emails are being received for all register functionality since approximately 10pm 30/08/2012

Our technical team is working to resolve the issues and we will provide a further update by 12pm today.

Your search will complete correctly, but you will only be able to display a representation of the certificate from the data that is returned rather than the actual PDF returned from PPSR. Be assured that the information that you can see will be correct. We will endeavour to retrieve the actual certificate once the facility comes back on-line.
